	Silicon Talent Corporation, formerly Bozich & Cruz, Inc., was founded in 1991 with a mission created by necessity in an industry experiencing rapid growth, in a time where details often were overlooked. The mission, to provide world class recruiting services based on high levels of customer service and industry interaction to the growing high technology companies in the Silicon Valley. Over the last decade, life in the valley has changed but the dedication of Bozich & Cruz, Inc. to world class quality and customer service has not.

	In our relationship with our clients, our objectives are: to offer value added recruiting services that exceed industry quality standards on the basis of customer service, reliability, quality, and price. to provide those services in a manner that stresses the uniqueness of each client and our abilities to quickly adapt to their changing business needs. to provide leadership in the development of new services that further impact the capabilities and capacities of our clients.

	In our relationship with our community, our objectives are: to operate in a manner that reduces our impact on the environment and maximizes our input in social concerns regarding the workplace. to support other companies, agencies, individuals, and municipalities which affect positive change among the lives of the many inhabitants of the Silicon Valley without regard to race , color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation or disability.
